1. Account Deletion Requests
You can request deletion of your IELTSdojo account at any time. Account deletion is permanent and may remove your account access, authentication record, practice access state, and personal data controlled by IELTSdojo, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and record-keeping requirements.
2. How to Request Deletion
Email nukul@ieltsdojo.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
Please include:
- the email address associated with your IELTSdojo account;
- whether you signed in with Google or email/password;
- confirmation that you want your account permanently deleted.
3. Verification and Processing
We may need to verify that the request came from the account owner before deleting account data. After verification, we aim to process deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or needed to protect the service from abuse or fraud.
4. Data That May Be Deleted
- account identifiers such as email address, display name, and Firebase user identifier;
- IELTSdojo-controlled practice session records and access state where applicable;
- support messages or operational records where deletion is legally and technically possible.
Some provider-side logs, payment records, security records, and legal records may be retained for limited periods where necessary or required.
